30 days return from the day you receive the item in the mail.

Opened and Damaged is No cost return, no restocking fees.

Unopened is no cost return, $2 restocking fee.

Opened, no cause, buyer paid return, $2 Restocking Fee.

All costs may be waived at seller discretion.

To receive your refund, please send a copy of the Tracking Number and Carrier (A Receipt from USPS, UPS, or FedEx should have all the information required) via email to: collinsworldllc@hotmail.com.
